URGENT ! o2 xda flame problem

I just got my xda flame ... but the camera is not functioning ... when i press the camera button, there will be a message saying

"The file "Camera" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file.

The same goes to the FM Radio and Self Diagnostics.

I tried googling for the camera.exe file but with no luck.

What would you do when
