Server automatically create shortcut after print.

Im encounter a problem and here's my story. Hope all sifus here can help out. Here my story.

I currently deal with print report. I test my project in two different server. One is testserver and one server is office share server. The problem is it is run well in test server while in the other server. It can be printed but the server will automatic create 4 shortcut ( 2 folder shortcuts and 2 excel shortcuts ) from D: to C:. I would like to ask why it will create and how to remove this.

I wrote a command to remove it via VB.net as below.
System.IO.File.Delete("C:\POS_Template.lnk")
System.IO.File.Delete("C:\" & strTempName & ".lnk")
System.IO.File.Delete("C:\POS_OR.lnk")
System.IO.File.Delete("C:\POS_OR" & strMachineType & "-" & strDocNo & "-" & strPartNo & ".lnk")

But it just managed to delete the top 2 shortcut but for the other two. It still remain in the C:. Here i would like to ask how suppose to delete all 4 shortcuts. Thank you for ur opinion.

My PC Cannot Start

I met this problem on monday and NOW.

My PC refuse to start on monday and accidently start on tuesday.i shut down on tuesday night / wednesday night.It able to turn on the next time when i start.Then today morning i shut down my pc and wan to turn on now.It cant turn on again.When i push the start button of my PC.Start button dont have light.MOBO dont have sound.FAN didnt move.Totally not responding.Just like DEAD BODY!(this situation happened on monday and NOW)
PS : If i able to start my PC, everything works fine, i can on 24/7.

i forgot what my PC specs but PSU is CoolerMaster - ExtremePower 430W
