I have posted the same topic in jobs and Career but nobody seems to reply. maybe no Proton workers lurking there.

Back to the topic, any of Proton staff here? not Proton Edar ok. I mean the production, working as engineer, procurement, etc.

I just want to know what to expect before starting by career there, (offer letter pun xkluar lagi pun actually) but I am really curious as I cant find any info for those Proton Staffs. as if they are kinda invisible from the crowd.

Appreciate if somone can share what are the benefits, the perks of working there, and how is the working culture, attendance mcm mana, masuk awal balik awal ke atau the boss very flexible with clock in/out time. and yes salary:workload ratio.

Just want to know, how is it working at Proton, salary wise, other benefits. Can share a bit? Just want to know what to expect in the offer letter.

Everybody get their own body but much more perfect. You dont have limb in the world? You will have complete set of strong arms and legs. Your body never been fitter than this. You can't achieve or barely achieve during your life in the world. Nobody is fat, nobody is hideous, you get the same piece everybody is having. No old man, i wonder if there are kids. Those who died before baligh. But the point is, you will have the best and the fittest body you ever have. You eat a lot? You won't get fat. You wont even need a toilet because you dont make waste. There are no rules in the paradise. What else would you do if you are given the angels no matter how many you wish for (of course based on how much your good deeds are), would you just talk and observe their beauty? Of course you would like try the taste of them?(if you know what i mean). What i mean is everybody is young everybody has the same chance in everything implying that you are living like in the world now where you need to work and all but in paradise its just for fun. You dont even need to do it properly everything will be alright and nobody would scold you. You can buy anything, anything you wanna eat will come to you. I tell you this, there is nowhere in the world could challenge the effectiveness of the services there. You just think and the food will come to you in a matter of second. It will pop before your eyes. Of course you can have sex with anybody you want. Of course you can eat what you want. Of course you can drink what you want. Do whatever you want. Its not the dunya anymore. And who owns all this? It is the Creator.

Sounds fun?

But the challenge is, you would need to find the most accurate and perfect method to go to heaven; to see the Creator. You would need to follow certain way and teaching the Creator will give you clues. What He wants, what He loves, what He hate, what His name. What His power's except for His look. He never show and will never look like anything in the whole universe. He will send a few thousand (maybe millions) messenger to the world and you would need believe them and if possible, to find their story and learn what are the values that's left of them. Accept their teaching, and during 9/10 of the age of the world, the Creator will send the final clue of the Creator's existence and the correct way of getting a seat in heaven. The fun part begin here. There are no clues left anymore. Of course the Jesus will come to rescue and that is why he was never crucified. That is all clue. Good luck for your trip to find the CREATOR.

My POV about LOVE

Love is somewhat complicated for some people. Why? Because they can not understand what love is.
Some says, love is blind, some says, love is sacrifice, love is gamble, love is business. Everybody can come out with different meaning of love depending on how they wanted it to be. Thus, ones may heard those love dovey quotes and being in love and confused at the same time.

Well, for me love is essential only for the first few months of relationship. After that, it will gone and become responsibility and the need of survive.

Naturally, men find women to accompany her until the end of his life. Thats why we call our other half "teman hidup".
To live with other person in the same house for a looong time, we have to like them first. Would you like to stay with someone you hate? Hell no. So, To enable he or she to be our "permanent roomate" we have to make sure we like them first. Or love them, as like is inadequate feeling to overcome the shits you're gonna have to endure for the rest of your life.

Man needs woman to fucuk, to take care of him, to look after him when he's sick, to look after his house when he is not around, to become his organizer, planner, secretary, whatever shits the man need.

Woman needs someone to protect her, to love her (ironically will fades away bcoz of themselves), to buy her things, to come with her wherever she goes, to do everything that she can not do, including opening the jar's lid.

So, the love is only useful to give an illusion to both man and woman that the other half is suitable to be their permanent roomate. Then the things that bind them are responsibility and the need of survive.

However, i have no issue against marriage.

Hi all. I am very new to business related matter and my friend and I is now planning on setting up a new business.
So, the company will be SDN BHD and needed capital is RM255,000.

There are already known investors that will invest in the start up capital (the RM255,000)

Me and my friend will hold 30% on the company's profit thus 30% share in capital is needed.
However, the investors should be notified that the 30% share does not come in money capital but expertise (we have the expertise and we sell them in term of shares)

Okay to calculate it easier, we divided the RM255,000 into unit and each unit worth RM5,000. There will be 51 unit available for investor to hold.

First method.

Let say, 30% is equivalent to 15 unit shares, and available shares will be 51-15=36 unit

if we sell 36 unit shares with the price of RM5,000 each, there will be only RM5,000x36=RM180,000. Means that there will be shortage in capital because we have deducted the amount of unit at the first place which is reserved for us.

Second Method

In sale forecast, the end year net profit will be RM500,000 if deducted 30% from the profit, there will be
RM350,000 for 51 unit. Thus the profit for each unit is RM350,000/51= RM6862.70. The shareholders would still gain profit after the deduction of 30%.
But the question is, is it legit?

If both methods are not possible, suggest a possible way which fulfill these requirement.
1) 30% profit will be given directly to my friend and I
2) capital should start with RM255,000
3) the method to divide shares in company.

Hey. last time i went their talk, becoz my friend invite me go career talk. i thought some big companies join expo, so i can apply la for kerja. then sampai je, semua org sedang nyanyi sambil tepuk tangan kuat-kuat seirama.

I was like, eeeerr okay. silap langkah rupanya. shouldnt have trusted her.

Then i sit. because i tumpang her, i cant lari anywhere. if i drive mmg i balik terus.
Then they are all semangat one. the Dato Steven Yeam itu talk in front, mest ada orang sampuk somethng like "Betul!" or "Yes!" kuat-kuat dengan penuh semangat.
He did not talk anything about the product but rather deliver a motivational talk. talk about his wealth, and all people there goes woo.

I feel like in in the middle of the most ridiculous group of people ever with their semangat chanting everytime the host asks them 'how are you?" they answer something like "energized feel great yea yeah yeah" i dont remember.

Then after the talk, the friend ajak pigi masjid. nak tunjuk alim lah yg dorg join MLM pun masih tunaikan solat. Then, i thought wanna go makan, without telling me go straight to the treatment centre at hartamas. so i follow her enter the treatment centre. in the room about 10-20 e-life machine inside with seat in between the unit for the customers to "receive' treatment. and in front got tv but show their company video.

Luckily i dont have to pay at all. i heard, one treatment RM50 or something like that and buy voucher RM280 got several times treatment which is i dont really care coz i wont buy.

So i started sembang with this girl, and i started to talk about orang gila, started to act crazy, mental person just to avoid her for next time. Then after treatment which is only duduk on the ionizer that charging us with negative ion, we go eat. then i pulak belanja? i thought already kaya join MLM. cis.

She asked me to join again the next day but i told her i got to prepare for exam. cilaka betol nak pau student. yng join tak lain tak bukan, student UPM, UiTM, and memalukan student UKM pun ada.

Some bullshit i detect from Dato's words.

1) we work for someone else if we work in office, under company, if join them, working for ourselves. but then actually if we join them, we are basically doing the advert and promo for free. So he untung no need to bayar us even 1 cent.
2) working hard, no need education- the main bait, coz one guy i asked, what his background?-SPM only, work where?-No work. see, all those pemalas, want to become kaya fast-fast very easy to tricked into join the MLM.
3) the only way to become rich is to join them.
