i need to transfer a small amount of money to my friend in Taiwan.
as far as i know TT is the best choice which charge me less fees and it is not really urgent.
but the problem is, my friend told me that his bank acc in taiwan is in Mandarin but the officer of Maybank insist me to fill in the form of TT in English and the officer told me that if the details info is not correct then the TT will fail.
so have any1 face this issue before? or have any1 TT to Taiwan before whom can teach me how to do it?

and as i notice that Maybank TT service require a minimum of rm250 transfer but the amount i need to transfer is only rm150 only. so i need to transfer at the minimum requirement?

(i know that i can transfer it tru paypall too...but the bad news is my friend don't know about paypall ）
