Buying my first car.

In a dilemma now. As, i have researched a few and have listed a few choices to conclude. My main requirement is good FC , Comfort and easy to maintain (no breakdown for the next 3-4yrs). My conclusion came to Toyota Vios or Honda City. The only set back was that the space for rear seats is not big enough. My parents is having some tough time sitting behind. I will driving them around too. I would love to buy those C or D segments car. With bigger leg room and head room. But my budget is strictly not more than 70k. Preferred not older than 5yrs car as it will be hard to maintain too.

Do Give a helping hand on a poor fellow here.

Since 2013 is coming in another 2 months. What big shark and sifus here actually thinks of the current property market. It seems so slow down pretty much in the early phase of 2012 but started to pick up back in a snail pace in late 2012. Now we are in the bubble. But so far, the bubble doenst seems going to burst any time soon. And since the budget 2013 doesnt have any significant affect on property price.

What do sifus here think ?

I used to love her. Because she rejected me 2yrs ago. We remain friends. I have feeling for her all this while but I keep it down to myself since I have low chAnce. Well, status difference. Yesterday night was the night that I some how reignite my fire again. I always try to act funny in front of her so she will laugh. Whenever she laughs I feel happy. Hi sifus. i need help on my S3.

it seems like its kena virus (i dont know whether true or not) but sometimes my messaging apps shows me i received a new message but there isnt any message i received.

Another problem is my music player, It wont allow me to choose the songs i want to jump to. Everytime i click on a song, it will go back to the "default" song i earlier listen to.

If i plan to factory reset my phone. What is the thing i should do to back up my message and contacts as this 2 are important to me.

My Windows 7 Crash

After surfing in the interned for like 10mins like that, my PC stating that the shockwaves flash failed to load and crash & from there the PC hangs and i need to force shutdown.

It all happens after I pass my PC to a technician in a mall to fix my power supply which is burned. and such coincidence that my Graphic card of 2 years also burn after he says he helpe to vacumn the inner parts of my PC. So I bought a GT 630 128bit. And a power supply of 460w.

The whole PC will required approximately 420-450w of power. I don't know it is because of this.

PLS HELP!!

I'm planning to buy a car but i scared i cant afford to pay the installments. Initially, I wanted to choose a cheaper car such as FLX but my job scope requires me to drive a better looking car (insert foreign car). My family also believes by getting something or burden will makes one person strives to work harder. Yes, I admit I dont have the guts cause I dont want ended up like those young kids at my age, their value is negative even though they got all the luxuries. Like getting a loan after loan and in the end Bankruptcy. I dont even own a credit card yet to avoid this situation. I always makes sure i have cash that capable of paying that amount and not in debt to anyone.
