Why can I receive email but cannot send email? I'm using Outlook 2003 for my streamyx mail:

Incoming mail server: pop.streamyx.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.streamyx.com

Test Account Setting - Status: Completed
This is an e-mail message sent automatically by Microsoft Office Outlook's Account Manager while testing the settings for your POP3 account.

Although the mail in the Sent Items but still not deliver

Kindly advice if someone also have the same experience & how to resolve on this issue...
