Intermittent Error Messages

As per subject, is it a pre-requisite for someone wishes to take Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business (I.B.)?

Let's say you already taken Malaysian University English Test (MUET) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) from University of Cambridge (Pass with Distinction). Is there any possibility to skip the English Placement Test?

The reason is I'm busy with family and work commitment and would definitely wish to skip whatever skip-able possible. Any feedback is much appreciated.
