Sent out the parcel at the puchong branch on the 8th June. Until now parcel still stuck at shah alam. Fuckup service, i need the documents in JB ASAP.

Tried calling their customer service hotline, totally hopeless. Passing me around from JB call centre, to Shah Alam then to Petaling Jaya. In the end call hangup by itself while waiting for someone to pickup.

Totally hopeless company. Will never use them again.

Human rights group will not like it. But i forsee countries will take this opportunity to make it compulsory in the near future, to trace every movement or contacts u made.

It will be a simple scan to check in every place u go which is the most efficient way. Law biding citizens will have nothing to lose, and it will comes handy at times like this.

Anyway, its stupid for government asking business owner to take down every customers particular esspecially in fast moving business like FnB. It will create even more traffics and information taken can be easily forge. Why not at least come out with an app for QR code scan that will automatically take down your phone number with a scan, since every registered phone number must be register with an i.c. It will be alot more easier to trace back. Merchant will not be allow to access the information so there will be no privacy issues.
On top, it will be very cost effective for merchants by just having to print out the QR code and paste it in their shop.

It seems developer is having problem offloading their stocks but then i still see new development on fb everyday with even better price and offer.

Why is it so? Why government still approve all those new projects when there is terrible supply glut in our housing market. They should learn from the 2007 US housing bubble. Once housing market collapse, our country economy will be greatly affected also.

New Malaysia but police still ask for tolong

Got scam by traffic police. 1am and was drinking abit and met a roadblock. Was asked to stop at roadside. A police with fair skind and spectacles came and did the alchohol test with result of 72mg/ 100ml.

Police say already over limit, limit is 35mg/100ml. Say need to go balai and not allow to drive. Need to go court and RM5,000 if kena saman. After much nego, ask to settle and paid RM200.

The second i cabut, open google and found the legal limit is 80mg/100ml.

Personal view on budget 2019

Budget done by an accountant who only knows cutting cost. I cant see where PH is heading, the budget is definitely not gonna help to increase our nation GDP.

Budget 2019 is all about taxes and cutting subsidies. No direction to businesses. Only more taxes but no mention of tax incentives to balance the impact esspecially for company or industry that can create more high income job. Budget that couldnt lead to any sorts of growth.

Too much care to the property market, which will eventually bubble aswell if people are not making more money.

Always thought PH is a visionary party who should bring us to a new high, but the budget proves otherwise. Tough years ahead, god bless malaysia.

Looking to take over my friend car. A well maintained Nissan Cefiro 2.0 2007.

Due to sentimental reason, dad had few cefiros in the past and practically grew up in the cefiro.

The price is dirt cheap now for a 2007 Japanese D segment car.

Question is, would the parts be affordable and easily sourced like Honda and Toyota. And would this car be a realiable working horse after many years of abuse?

NEP and AP policy which allow some people to make enormous profit without any effort should be abolish. Many billionaire are made in Malaysia with this policy.

Most malaysian hardly benefit from this policy, price of goods and services increased due to extra middle man involved. The money collected by NEP or AP should be revised to be a form of tax and goes directly to the MOF and we shall be able to pay off our debt very soon.

Kedai mamak food price is going crazy

Kedai mamak is everywhere and most with shitty food and crazy price, plus poor hygiene and bad service.
But they are everywhere and still expanding everyday.

Today I had my dinner at a kedai mamak, order 2 roti kosong and a small piece of fried chicken with a tehpeng. Total damage RM 11. Roti canai is cold and tasteless, fried chicken is cold and oily, tehpeng doesn't taste like teh at all. But the place is jamm packed and their service is terrible.

So frust and should have go for KFC snake plate (RM12) or Pizzahut personal set pizza combo(RM8).

What is the reason people keep going to kedai mamak?

Dilemma of a salesman!

Working hard and trying to close few high value deals for the company but due to lack of support from the top, already lost few deals that could definitely be mine if the support is there, which makes me quite upset. Client end up with our competitor which is selling identical product. Anyway the support I need doesnt cost the company any money, i just need the information in order to close the deal.

Its a very competitive industry anyway and I could have easily get more than five times of what my company pay me by passing the deal to my competitors. Since I know exactly how much is the product margin and the commission paid is petty. But due to moral and work ethics, I had never done so in the past.

But recently, there are more deals coming and again am facing the same obstacle. Which the top are being very ineffective in providing the neccesary information and resources.

In a dilemma now, I love working here due to the freedom but the slacking attitude in the company is pulling my leg. Should I just pass it to my competitor and at the same time I will get more money also instead of wasting my effort losing more deals.

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

No plastic day is a scam

Still remember when it was first implement in Penang, business owner are required to prepare a box to collect money for the purchase of plastic bag during no plastic days. On the box itself clearly stated that fund collected will be use for charity purposes etc. Though the box doesnt stay there for long and soon later business owner enjoy selling plastic bag for RM0.20 each.

Instead of forcing business owner to replace plastic bags with paper bags, the government resort to force people to buy plastic bag for RM0.20 each.

Business owner will be more than happy to comply to the new rules and rake it even more profit than before. Indeed if Im in the business which used to provide paperbag, I would replace it with plastic to brings me even more profit.

Our politicians are doing things just for the sake of being on the headline with no proper logical thinking whatsoever. Everyday gaduh gaduh for petty stuffs but when it comes to rakyat well being, both are equally fucuk. Its a very short sighted way of implementing a new rules and it will have little effect on curbing plastic usage, only thing change here is business get to enjoy more profit.

No plastic day is a scam. In the end, still the rakyat yang suffer.

Outing with college mates

So today I have this hangout with collegemates. We always do this few times every year.

They are all having a 9-5 office job while I have chosen to endure the role as a salesman.

One of them keep hinting me when to change job and why working as a salesman blaablaaablaaa while making a big hoo haaa about his 4k salary. Been hearing that since the dinner started until the time we left, 4-5hours of sarcasm while i just act busy with my phone and not talking much.

I find it quite funny that they feel good beating on me. But in fact my income is easily more than double of their peanut slaves income, to date annual gross income is 100k plus. Their combine average monthly income, 3-3.5k at most. All using latest Iphone or Samseng S7 while im still using my Huawei Honor 6Plus.

Dear K, have u met with the similar situation before? How do u usually deal with this kind of people? Should I challenge him on our next outing?
