Number Plates HELP

I am wondering how to buy a number plate and put in on a car which already has a number plate,
as in i want to change the car number plate for a nicer one.
Ive heard that i must go to jpj to do this,
but i am not sure what exactly to do HELP Please

A WARM WELCOME TO THE NEW F1 SEASON!

Just opening this because there is a thread in sport but i think a better more knowledgeable audience should be here in the fast and the furious.

to start off what do you all think about Mclarens rear wing staler, and the new tire and fuel rules?

and of the new teams, i mean new not like sauber who has great experience in f1, which of them would be the best.

in my view about the new tire rule, i find it a bit ridiculous, top 10 in qualifying will have to start with the tires that they completed their fastest time in, meaning probably an extra pitstop, due to the early heavy fuel load. this could mean an extra trip to the pits which could cause 4-5 seconds, plus being slower off the line, allowing the bottom 14 to catch up and even overtake the top 10, to me its just a tad bit unfare, but i wont know till race day, however i would like to know your views on strategies that will have to take place to prevent this.

PS. IM MAKING THIS THREAD AS MORE OF A TECHNICAL FORUM THEN JUST DISCUSSING THE SPORT IN GENERAL.
