11. Will I be able to download any content from INTAN TV?
No. All existing content in INTAN TV is officially licensed for streaming content, so it cannot be downloaded and stored.

12. I cannot see the video or the video could not be played, what should I do?
There are several possibilities that could occur if the video cannot be played. Make sure you are on a fast internet connection and if the problem still occurs, please contact Customer Care service at 1800-87-9993.

13. I can run INTAN TV before, but now the App cannot run, what should I do?
There are various reasons why the service may have crashed or failed when running. To ensure there are no conflicts on your smartphone, please try to uninstall INTAN TV then re-install.

14. While I am enjoying INTAN TV, what happens when I receive a call or SMS, can I continue to enjoy my current video without have to repeat it from the beginning again?
Yes. You will be notified of incoming calls and SMS. Customers can choose to accept or ignore the call or SMS. If you receive a call then the App will be suspended and will resume when the call ends. Do not worry because you will not miss a moment of the content (except when it's Live TV). Also when your device battery is insufficient or if you need to rush off for another event, you can stop what you are watching and continue another time.

15. What should I do if there is buffering?
To get good video quality what is required is a stable internet connection. If your internet connection is not stable and not fast enough, there is the possibility of the video quality dropping (broken images, sounds lost, etc.). Here are some suggestions in case you encounter as such:
A. Your internet download speed may be slow or unstable. Please pause the video to buffer over and try to play back the video.
B. Try to disconnect-reconnect back.
C. When you watch INTAN TV using the laptop / PC and also running some applications such as BitTorrent, Outlook, Skype, Vonage, etc., you should stop these applications.
D. If you watch the video using a wireless connection and the video is buffering, try to move your device closer to the WiFi router to get better signal quality.
E. If you share the internet connection with other users, make sure no one is opening another application such as BitTorrent, Outlook, Skype, Vonage, etc.
F. If the video quality decreases when in full screen, try to lower the screen resolution of your PC / laptop.
G. If you are still having problems, you can try to check the speed of the internet connection through http://speedtest.net. If the download speed is below 1000 Kb (~ 1.0 Mb / s) then you are in a very limited bandwidth.
H. When you have tried everything and still facing the same problem, please contact Customer Care service at 1800-87-9993.
