Laptop+tablet or Ultrabook?

Hi,

Need some serious advises here. Currently in dilemma on which option should i get.

Situation:
1. Looking to change my laptop as its too outdated already.(since 2006). Now thinking should I get an ultrabook for ultimate portability and convenience

or

2. Should i get a new normal laptop and a tablet for portability and convenience?

My job requires me to travel by air at least 3 times a month and i was given a company laptop.. problem with the company laptop, we are monitored on what we use it for and frankly, i wouldnt want any of my IT dept to come and bug me with question like "we noticed u got are trading stuffs, have u get approval from ur manager?" etc...

and to avoid those, i will need to bring 2 gadgets (apart of my two smartphones) during my outstation trip. I cant afford to bring 2 units of laptop that weighted 3kg each... so its either a tablet or ultrabook.

Please give ur best advise so can put some thought to it...

Thanks

Launch Centre Pro

Launch Center Pro is a Speed Dial for Everything on the iPhone

Thursday June 21, 2012 10:59 am PDT by Jordan Golson

Alternative launchers have long been a staple of power users, both on the desktop and mobile. As a result, the jailbreak scene is full of hacks for the SpringBoard launcher on the iPhone. AppCubby's latest release, Launch Center Pro, takes the speed dial concept for making calls to the next level.
Launch Center Pro creates lightning quick shortcuts to specific features burried deep within apps. Call a loved one, message a friend, launch Instagram’s camera to quickly snap a pic, tweet, or turn your iPhone into a flashlight. Launch Center Pro gets you to where you’re going faster than ever before!
The app uses URL shortcuts to pass tasks on to supported apps. Users can set up tasks to quickly load up a website, send an email, search Yelp, open an app, and more. The list of supported apps is lengthy, and will continue to grow as more developers add URL schemes to their apps.

http://vimeo.com/appcubby/launch-center

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just bought it and was loving it... so easy to organize my contacts, bookmarks, apps...

those who also using.. any comments or tips?
