Not Booting

Hi, guys!!!AcerPower 1000 (Mini Tower)(Similar to Xbox360 player size)... not booting at all....First, power on..no power lights indicates 'on' but PSU fan spinning,no HDD detected as Hdd lights off,optical drive working as lights on n tested with cds ..spinning...no display at all(no blinking cursor) but
detected in lcd as i can see blue lights at power switch(orange when switch off)The following remedies i had tried :
a. Removed memory,processor,hdd ...hope to hear 'beeps' sound .... but not a single beep......
b. Replace PSU ( 19volts adaptor..same as notebook style) with working adaptors...still failed....
c. Hdd not detected and no power...power in cable from Mobo.
To check HDD condition in another working computer , its works fine.. can retrieve datas
d. Check Mobo condition... optical drive power confirm OK ,cos' power came from Mobo
PSU fan also spinning... cable and power came from Mobo also...
I presumed the Mobo not fried or cooked up cos its still supply power to the above internal hardwares

As a results... my mini CPU problems is ...No beeps,no display,No HDD lights(No power detected)Optical drive working,what shall i do ,guys??
Headache cos' i assumed if i send to Acer Service Center, they will easily suggest to change Mobo,PSU or Processor...I believe now they usually
don't take the trouble to inspect one by one swapping..... and it will cause a bomb to replace those items.......
Please...please somebody help me .... i posted b4 this but its seem no solutions to this till today.... i will appreciate if more comments,remedies
to my problems...and already days i looking for ideas........

Hi ! guys, my acer power 1000 model not booting at all , power on (No power on light at front panel) ,optical drive working and cpu fan running but no light indicates hdd,i'm sure hdd not detected and no display at all but detacted in monitor as the lcd power switch in blue....(Black screen)Optical drive is working!!!!!!What is the possible reason.........Ram is working...........
I don't want to send to Acer Service Center...i know they will just change the whole motherboard or what ever major parts to speed up works and
profits........and they will charge very high on parts and just rectifying causes of problems........what is the charges now ah?....
My hope is anybody have similar problem like me can give some clues so i can save up some repairs $$$.
Optical drive working and the current came just from SATA cable of mobo that means mobo is not cooked up, isn't it ????

operating system: vista home premium
memory: 512 ddr2
hdd: 160gb sata
processor: amd athlon 64x2 dual core 4000+
