first boot cannot open BIOS

guys, just bought my pc yesterday at Jayacom.

after assemble everything(mobo,hdd,proc,PS), try to start the pc but i cant enter the bios page.

when start, it shows the mobo, memory, processor then after IDE identyfying, my display suddenly went blank.

but im pretty sure that everything are connected correctly.

heard about this on the lowyat website.

but i still a bit confused on how it works.

first of all, is it a debit card where you need to top up a credit?

and then, what make this card different then the normal way you use credit card on Paypal?

so far i use my credit card for my Paypal account.

what so special about this card anyway.

the only thing i know is that, u can gain a bonus point for online gaming.

Hi, Im planning to buy laptop both for gaming and multimedia.

Actually right now still to decide which one offer good deal in long terms.

Understand dell is a good rating laptop, and the price for Dell XPS 16 is rm3999(no RGB led ) but what about MSI GT725 which is superb in terms of gaming performance. but the price i will need to add extra 1k (rm5k) for it compare to Dell XPS 16.

what u guys think about MSI brand? etc after sale service? build quality? need u guys opinion to help me to decide.
