[help needed] Unable to call UK numbers (+ 44)

Hi forummers, anyone else experiencing the same? After dialing, no dial tone heard at all (complete silence) followed by phone call being cut after like 10-15 seconds..

I’ve got my IDD enabled, checked with Maxis CS and told everything is in place on their end. They tried using their landline and other maxis handphone lines to call also same problem.

Today I tried using my Digi line (also IDD enabled) also can’t.

Tried making calls to multiple valid legit numbers in the UK including the Malaysian embassy of London. All cannot.

Other countries like Thailand, india can call. Only UK (+44) cannot.

Anyone else experiencing same? Thanks in advance!
