Date of transaction: 17th July 2012

Details of the complaint :

I bought the item from him and COD at Damansara Height, he informed that he forgot to bring the original travel charger and the USB cable and will poslaju to me later. I sms to him my address to him on the night of 17th July and he promised that he will do the poslaju on the next day. After waiting for 2 days, still did not received the promised items from him and I keep sms asking him about the delivery and the tracking no but no answer from him. Later on 24th July he informed that he already checked with POS Malaysia and found out that the delivery is missing and promised to buy me a new charger and USB cable and post to me again. When asked for tracking no again he did not reply until now. So now he have refused to reply to my smses and calls anymore. Now I want to charge Nikeshock for the price of original SGT 7.0 plus travel charger amount RM179.00 and I want him to pay me in cash. I do not want to ask him to post it to me again as he already lied to me twice.
