JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION : OUTLET STAFF
REPORTS TO : OUTLET SUPERVISOR/SENIOR SUPERVISOR

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE (OF THIS POSITION):
To handle daily outlet operations from cashier to kitchen, and to work together as a team to achieve company goal which providing exceptional customer service experience and product quality.
1. Bear the responsibility of a Service Crew.
2. Responsible for the outlet when Outlet Supervisor and Managers are not present.
3. Responsible to report to Higher Management if actions were not taken on Outlets’ problems.
4. Reporting outlet conditions to Higher Management, Operation Managers, Outlets Managers or Outlet Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Part 1 –Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs
1. Responsible for all financial issues (Daily Sales Report and Bank In) when respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers are not present.
2. Stock Management at outlet level. To inform manager or higher management if stock there are any stock issue which include but not only shortage of stock, stock mishandling and stock quality
3. Guiding new service crew
4. Assisting respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers with tasks given such as cup counting, stock counting (PCA).
5. Ensure all SOP is executed accurately by Service Crew
6. Enforce and uphold Service and Product Quality
7. Reporting of maintenance issue to related personnel
8. Work closely with outlet supervisor and the team to ensure positive mindset and teamwork to achieve outlet goals.
9. Handle and maintain high standards of quality product and customer service experience.
10. Ensure staff competency and provide enough training to the staffs to meet customer expectation and quality products.

Part 2 – Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above
1. Punctuality,
2. Honest and responsible in every job position you were assigned to.
3. Ensure every cup that serves to the customer are made with passion and have the highest quality standards.
4. Comply to food grade and food safety standards
5. Flexibility to work in back and front of house.
6. Supervise outlet operations in the absence of the outlet supervisor, and report to your superior immediately of the happenings or issues.
7. Able to lead and teach new staffs with the correct SOPs, information, company policies or sharing best practices.
8. Evaluate new staff performances and provide your direct superior with the information on appraisals.

9. Participate in staff meetings or trainings where applicable
10. Always maintain a positive mindset and teamwork spirit.
11. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Guys I bought my laptop that day and the sales guy told me, now mostly laptop now equip with this function where when the laptop battery is fully charge, it will automatic stop charging the battery and use the outsource power instead of the battery power. Is this true or just sales talk..

windows 7 can't off my harddisk

hi guys

just wondering, i got a external harddisk Western Digital My Passport Elite.

my desktop is using windows XP when i safety remove my harddisk then it will power off my harddisk 1st then only i remove it ...
but for my laptop using windows 7, after safety remove device, my harddisk led still on. It will not power off my harddisk, then when i pull it out i can hear the harddisk spinning suddenly stop. I think this will damage my harddisk over a period of time..

so any idea why window xp can off my harddisk properly whereas windows 7 can't

any person face this b4??

Hey guys after i upgrade my MSN messenger i unable to log in to my account..
1st is i sign in

after like 15 sec then it bounce back to the main page

I reinstall, restart computer all also not working..
then i install back the previous version is working back...
it doesnt show any error to me ..

Guys I have scan my pc with bit defender and clear all the virus. But there is still a problem. The part where under folder option where you can choose show hidden files and folders, after select that and click apply. It goes back automatically to DO not show.

Guys i need some help on this

show an applet that displays a shape (circle, square, rectangle or triangle) according to the choice of the user.

The applet provides:
1. the necessary buttons which determine the shape to be displayed and the colour of the shape to be displayed.
2. the necessary labelled text fields in which the user can enter either the length and width or the radius (circle) to determine the size of the shape to be displayed.

The applet should also display the area and perimeter of the shape according to the size specified by the user.

Harddisk problem

guys i have this problem...

See i have this maxtor harddisk (PATA) and bought a converter to convert it to SATA..
i need to convert it because my motherboard asus P5N32-E Sli only have 1 pata slot which i use it for my 2 dvd roms...

so when i plug it in then i boot up my pc.. at bios it detect but when comes to windows it hangs the pc.
Sometimes it goes into scandisk. Scan half way it hangs also..

but when i put this harddisk into my another pc with the converter on, it works perfectly.

why is this happening??
