PC with budget RM2.5k-3k

hi guys, pls recommend me the spec of pc with budget around rm2.5k-3k (monitor not needed as i hv one at home)
of course the main purpose is to play games
and i need a good looking casing..not the chapalang one
i probably will be going to lowyat this weekend..so pls help

ps: i've heard about the new AMD Phenom II X4 940 3.0Ghz Black Edition..can include in my spec or not? as it's cheaper than core i7

helo guys,
beside benq s42, what other laptop hv at least geforce 9600gt ddr3 512mb?
so far i only know asus g50v and qosmio f50..but the price is over my budget (my budget is less than rm6k)
i know s42 is a good choice, but i want to know other alternative as well
