[WTA] Shipping by sea. How to collect?

Hi.. ive just bought two boxes of RC Toys (23kg) from alibaba.com. the seller has sent the goods thru sea (he says its cheaper). just now, someone from a logistics company called me, asking to be my agent to collect the shipment for me. she says it is mandatory to have an agent to collect the shipment. and she said the shipment will arrive in 13/3. i need to appoint them before that date to avoid storage cost. then she emailed to me the quotation. thats when the surprise happens.

service cost = RM770!! just for agency cost!! more than the value of the toys itself!! so my question is:

1) Is it true that to collect, agent is needed?
2) Is there any way i can avoid paying f'n RM770 just for that f'n services??? i live in shah alam, just 15 minutes from port klang (if no jam la..)
3) Any customs agent that can help me on this??

If anyone has any experience regarding this, please share ur thoughts... Tq..
