PC works fine. After a power shortage, pc became like that. Anyone encounter similar problem?

After improper shutdown came out this options of safe mode, last known... start normally...

After the Windows XP loading, BSOD.

I enter safe mode no problem. Everything clear n nice. But unable to enter windows normal.
Anyone encounter this problem before? Any method to solve it?

Disconnected while gaming

Hello,

Recently I have a problem during midnight time 12am-4am sometimes morning. I have 2 PC connecting to this modem router Aztech DSL305EW while playing online game.
I experience disconnected while the DSL & PPP light still on. Both PC doesn't have internet access until I restart my modem. Anyone experienced this before? Is it the streamyx problem or the modem router problem?

Time problem

One of my assignment questions.

A weather balloon move up & down when the surrounding air temperature changes. Over time this process generates a set of altitude measurements that can be approximated with a polynomial equation.

Following polynomial represents the altitude and height.

alt(t) = -0.12t^4 + 12t^3 - 380t^2 + 4100t + 220

The units of t is hours. The corresponding polynomial model for the velocity in meters per hour of the balloon is

v(t)= -0.48t^3 + 36t^2 - 760t + 4100

Write a C++ program to print a table of values of the altitude and the velocity using units of meters and meters/second. Let user enter the starting time, the increment in time betwwen lines of the table, and the ending time, where all the time values must be less than 48 hours. Also print the peak altitude, taken from the table and the corresponding time.

What I want is to make the program able to count the time & display it properly. I only run it properly by increment time of 1 hour. If minutes, it doesn't work. Ending time also having problem. It says at least 48 hours which means 2 days. If I enter ending time, I will loop for only 1 day. Does the ctime library help?
