During the day of 11th may 2014, I had taken CW4S from ciq and plan to go Sutera mall. When the bus arrived at gelang patah terminal( the time was 9:15am ), then the driver ordered all the passengers go down from the bus. I went to ask the driver, why we all had to go down from the bus? The driver said "because the bus will go back singapore." What is this??, the bus just came from singapore then plan to return singapore?? But the driver said" you wait for next bus, the next bus will arrive 20 minutes". Due to I was 1st time coming here and had no idea what's going on, then I just step down and wait for other bus. The bus moved after 20 minutes.

After 30 minutes, one Cw4s came, the malay man with cowboy hat (in charge person) arranged this bus go to Singapore.

Afterward about 35 minutes, one CW4S came and two customers went down from bus. But, the in charge man went to talk with the bus driver, then the bus just go without taking passengers. At 1st, I thought maybe there was some kind of arrangement. But after about 30 minutes, one more CW4s came and three passengers came down from bus, the cowboy hat malay man again talk something to the bus driver, then the bus just go without taking passengers again.

Finally, I went to ask this incharge man, why all the CW4s bus just go away without taking any customers, and why the buses were not going to sutera mall?? Then this incharge man said "Aiya, the bus just now was going to sutera mall, you wait for next bus". What the hell was this man doing? He is the man didn't stop the bus and let the bus just go away. What I could see, is due to less customers, he don't want to pick up less customers go to sutera mall.

After somemore 40 minutes, the people were getting crowded, many people would like to go back singapore as I know. There was few man started to complain to this incharge man, one CW4s came, and this time again go to singapore instead of sutera mall. The huge crowd were gone and only left few person in the terminal. The time was already 11:50am..

Then I go to complain this incharge man again, why all the buses just go away, and even some bus stopped here only go to singapore? Then this incharge man said" okok, next bus coming will be going sutera mall." This was really pissed me off, while I was still controlling my emotional.

During the time of 1215pm, the incharge man shift rotating, another incharge man coming, the old cowboy man went back. At the 1230pm, one cw4s came, the new incharge man firstly said "lima kaki, sutera mall". But when I went near the bus, then the incharge man said hold on relax dulu, then after he discussed with driver, he suddenly change to " singapore jurong east", then again there were a lot of passengers went to this bus heading back to singapore.

Finally, I cannot take it anymore and go to argue with this incharge man, " why until now I wait here for 3hrs ++ ,there were no even one trip to sutera mall, ??" Then this incharge man stared at me and said, " I don't know, I just came here mah, ok ok, I confirmed next bus coming will be going to sutera mall".

Finally, around 1255pm, there was one CW4s came, and this incharge man called me to go on this bus, and finally I managed to arrive sutera mall at 1330. (The most important thing was only one customer which was me heading to sutera mall only)

Even though I went to sutera mall, but my whole day mood was ruined due to this incident. I spent money to come here for enjoying, not for being fooled by those incharge man and driver!!

Below is the thing I have to mention out:

A) Is this the incharge man too realistic, when he see a lot of passengers heading to singapore, then just change the bus route?

B) Due to less customer, incharge man can cancel the trip of bus to the exact destination.

C) Driver said go singapore, but incharge man said go sutera mall, want to fool the passenger mostly for the 1st timer.

D)From jurong east to sutera mall, start from 8:30am but arrive here 1330, 5hrs for a distance less than 100km. Totally sarcastic.

hi, i'm facing a problem as below

when i press Alt+F10, it appear this:

edit windows boot options for: Acer eRecovery
Path: \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe
Partition: 1
Hard Disk: a93d1a0d
[ /DETECTHAL/MININT]

I press enter and it loads up then says, Please Wait, then it says Other User, I press it, then it says User Name Password, what should i do?

and now it can't go through window even in normal, safe mode start, it keeps needing the other user and password
