in a dilemma, need advice

Need some advice regarding 2 jobs I went for interview for, I'm a fresh grad and don't have much past working experience so would really appreciate it if anyone can give me some advice or opinion

Company A
-multinational IT company
-HR position (helping out in internal and external recruitment processes as well as doing reports)
-Salary around 2k
-Mon-Fri job, no OT required
-1 yr contract under headhunting agency, permanent position might not be offered after contract ends

Company B
-one of the top 3 telco companies in S'pore
-starting up a call center in KL, so it's a customer service position
-need to work on shift basis, but transportation and shift allowance will be provided, in addition, another RM200 allowance will be given to employees who can speak in mandarin, because the customers who call in will be S'poreans
-chances of career advancement quite high because their call center in KL is new (according to the manager)
-6 months contract, and if performance is good, another 2 yr contract will be offered

I've gone through 4 interviews for the 1st position which includes 1 interview with the headhunting agency, 1 face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, and 2 phone interviews, but have not received an offer yet, where as for the 2nd position, the manager told me that he has no doubts about hiring me, but it's up to me to decide whether to accept it or not, a formal offer has not yet been made though, my question is, which job would probably benefit me more in the long run? Both jobs have their pros and cons so it's kinda hard for me to decide

Anyone who's had similar experiences, care to share any advice?
warranty card question

noob question here, i just bought my sony ericsson phone with midlands warranty about a week ago from a forumer, but the warranty card does not have a dealer's chop and neither do I have any proof of purchase such as receipt or invoice as the transaction was made by COD, the guy said it would be ok to just send the warranty card without the dealer's chop, but I'm kinda worried coz behind the warranty card it says that for the warranty to be valid it must be accompanied by the dealer's stamp and proof of purchase, so wut shud I do?
