1) All units must be sold within 1 years of development completion. If not fine 10% of the selling price for first year (minimum RM 10,000), 20% for second year etc. And the price of the unit cannot be increased. Whatever you set for the launching price, you cannot sell higher than that but can sell low.

2) Everyone above 18 years old is entitled to own 1 and only 1 unit (and bank must certified that the person income do up to the requirement). For those who have more than 1 unit currently, you have 1 year period to dispose it. After that, for each additional unit you own, you will be charge 10% per year of market valuation (minimum RM 10,000) of the additional unit (with the highest value)

3) All developer loan made illegal.

Apa susah? Kan saya pandai. I think i can write law already. Perfect.

If execution is done properly, i conlanfirm that property price drop like skyrocket.

I have impostor syndrome

Despite having excellent performance review and appraisal from colleague, I still have thought that every colleague are more smarter, talented and skilled than I am.

Whenever i finish my task and look around, my colleague is still stressing on their work. I pretend to still hardworking but there is many thoughts on my mind, which includes:
1) Is my other colleague task is much harder and time consuming than mine?
2) Is my supervisor actually give easy task to me?
3) Am I oversimplify the solution?

Also, whenever my colleague ask me for help, i thinking maybe he know do but come to test me because this looks easy.
Whenever management and colleague praise me, i will think that they actually come to comfort me. I just cannot comprehend that I am performing well and succeeded in something.

I am very stress as this driving me crazy.

I try to google it out and found out that this is call impostor syndrome, which is very common in programmer like me.
Anyone have been through this ?? Help is needed.

Violence is the way to solve problem

Those who say violence is not the way to solve problem.
When everything fail, at the end of the day still resort to violence....
If violence isn't solving the problem, you are not using enough of it.

Why we don't preach and spread our love and compassionate to them in hope of solving the problem?
Because we know very well this does not work.

Example 1:
First we issue a court warrant and wait the person come to court.
If the person don't come, police go find him and catch him back.

Example 2:
First we warn the terrorist/robber to surrender.
If they dun surrender, shoot them.

Example 3:
First,country A ask country B to pay them every month.
If they fail or refuse to pay, country A issue a war to country B.

Example 4:
First, we seek for independence.
If fail, we go for a war to get back our independence.

Summary:
Multiple login try from evening till midnight Malaysia time. (login devices: multiple ipad and iphone of different device id)

is it some kind of schedule brute force attack?
What can i do to prevent login try from the device?

Future war is about video gamer

I can envision that future war is about video gamer. Army will be of least usage.

You just need to sit in front of a emulator (PS 4 for example), look on the screen, and use controller to control the robot/jetplane.
Then you control the robot/plane phew phew phew bang bang bang behind the screen.

And you win the war.

So our country must start training professional video gamer start from now.
Army also should recruit these top talent.

On Everest, I could die. But I could die from sitting down as well.

So i have been in the industry and see all those darkness in business.

1) Planned obsoletion
Make sure the product fail few months after warranty period.

2) Don't deliver the better version
Please remove this feature in this release. We will give the customer the lousy version first. Then we only introduce this in next release. Like this we can earn more money.

3) Can you make it slower?
Hmm, can you make this part run slower. Then, when customer/management complain, we only change it back to normal speed.

4) Can you make it less perfect?
This is good. But you can purposely make a defect here? You do so good later i present the boss he also got many idea. Better leave some "notable" defect so we no need do more thing later.

I just want to deliver the best to customer/consumer. Enough of this darkness and politics.

Is the people in Arab Country actually very rich?

Qatar for example.
They drive god car. If you are true Qatar-ians, you don't even need to work. Government pay for all electricity, water and medical bills. On top of that, rumour also say that their government give USD 500k to their rakyat per year. Also, government will give you house.

You think how many Malaysian can earn USD 500k per year?

So i personally think that government is above all.

No matter how big your company is, how rich you are.
Government one paper down can ask you close shop or surrender all your savings/send you to jail.

You see when those people move to other country because own country government sabo them.
They also seek help from other country government, if law above government why no seek help from law?

Law? Government can amend it when they want.

There is one pretty new "girl" colleague join my company few weeks ago and we are in same department.
I always take chance to flirt with her.

Today i found out that "she" is a guy by a coincidence.

I thought this kind of stuff only happen in Thailand.
