Here's my situation.

I use a Macbook and bought an OKI laser printer a few months back. The salesman said it was compatible... Once I got home, not only did I have the hardest time loading the driver, the print out was anything but satisfactory. Pixelated.

So I called the OKI technicians and after a week of trial & errors, he just said "Maybe your Mac OS X with CS3 doesnt work all that well together with the printer" That was it... I'm stuck with this printer with no help.

So now instead of buying another printer, I figured why not just invest in a small laptop just to connect to this printer. Better to have 2 laptops than 2 printers.

I have no budget so thought of buying a netbook.

So here's the thing. Is ADOBE Illustrator functional on netbooks? I will not be using the netbook for any illustration work. It is merely to load what I have already done and print it with my OKI. Thats it.

I went to Low Yat to ask and I got mixed responses. Some say can some say cannot. Advise me please.

That being said, anyone out there with a netbook for sale at RM1000?

Or is anyone out there willing to part with their DELL Mini 9?
