Cannot connect with Streamyx

Yesterday night before I shut down my pc, I found an icon say--have an update for Windows.
And I select install the update and shut down my pc.

Today I found I can't connect to streamyx.
I change another modem, make another new connection, and it doesn't help.

I suspect the update I installed yesterday night might cause the problem.
So I do a system restore and undo the update.
And I have connection again to streamys after undoing the update.

I am using Windows Vista home basic and AVG free edition now.
Is this the Windows update cause the problem?
Or may be my pc infect by any virus?

Hello forum members,I would like to know members here where and how to get their audio grade parts.
Is it possible to get them without using credit card?

All the LT, AD, opa opamp and DACsI have now was bought from Akihabara when I worked in Japan.
I am now in Perak.
There is few electronics part shop in my town.
But the choice of patrs are very limited.
For example the opamp I can get is 4558, M5218, TL072, TL074.
One shop got LF411 but the price is more expansive than in Akihabara.

And counterfeit transistor also found here.
Sure the sales of the shop won't say they sell fake , they say that is from another second source maker.
I pretty sure that is fake transistor,
because when I break the case of the shorted original TR and the one I bought here, and compare the die size,
the original one have much bigger size.

About the passive parts like resistor and capacitor,
it seem is impossible to get film capacitor bigger than 1uf here, and 1% resistor is selling in high price.

I never use my credit card in the internet because I think it is unsafe.
Please tell me if you have any other ways.
