Pay For AirAsiaGo.com's Trap

I've very upset with the AirAsia search function provided in the AirAsiaGo.com. And i very doubt that this only happended to me myself only.

Summmary,
First of all i want to book "Hotel +Flight" from AirAsiago.com, but after i paid only realized i only got "Hotel ONLY"... HOW TO Stay in the hotel without a FLIGHT!!!!
May be is my mistake to not see probably on what the page showed, but for me as a normal user, i do not know what is the different between got flight and non flight content. So the System should not just change my input without notify me and mislead me to make wrong booking. and after i making complain they had added "Please make sure you choose "Hotel +FLilght"..... on top of search page". For now the promotion end you are not able to see
it again.

Detail On how i trapped
1. I choose "Hotel + Flight", and input date and number of traveler. and click Search.
2. System showed me no result found, so by norm, my eye will see the result panel and think "Oh my search not found for what i had input, ok i change the date, and click search again." (Here the trick, the system had change the "Hotel + Flight" to only "Hotel" only but other input value still
remain from step 1.)
3. Wow, got result, and so i click "book now" and filled in all details and make payment.
4. Here i started to doubt, after payment why the system never ask me for IC/passport number.
5. So i call customer service, and they tell me i JUST BOOKED HOTEL ONLY, OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!

Conclusion
I had been asking to wait for 3-5 working man days. and after 3-5 working man days, they say need at least another 5-7 working man days. as i think they will not refund and find execuse and say is "COMPANY POLICY ONCE BOOKED CANOT REFUND." I very sorry to my friend cause of my mistake they need pay more for the tour. or may be we forget about it.

My Question to you all.
Should i get my money back???
