GG dota online game!

i need a help guy!!
in my cyber cafe had a problem come out that, when play the GG game the customers cant see the player or no body are in the rooms!
my cyber is used 2 soho internet line, and i used balancing!

what happan that, when i choose the room and i cant see any people when i in the room!!

i had plan to set up a new cyber cafe!!!

i want to know about the "ISCSI and IPAT " system for a cyber cafe!
in this two had any deferent and which are more useful!!

i just set up a new cyber cafe this few month!!!is with 30 sets of computers!
my computer is run with "IPAT" system! sometime my computer will meet of automatic shut down !
this problem are not for every computer, but is for a few its around 4 or 5 sets of computers!

another question, who know for the "ISCSI" system!
this also another system for cyber cafe used!

at the end, my question is...........
who can let me know why my computer will automatic shut down.?????
if is power supplier that mean all my computer also will, but now are not.....

who can let me know more about the "ISCSI"
and how to used of it!!!!

Problem of automatic restart!

i am a new cyber cafe boss!
now my shop meet a problem of a few of computer from my shop will restarted automatic when play of the game and some time online also!
the problem are not the virus !
the most game will let the computer restart is DOTA, online game also! or sometime the comand & conquer 3........

please every one to give me the idea why it will happend!!!!

the other problem is in my shop used the "ITAT" system and the casier system is Cafesuite 3.44c
with used of this 2 system had any effect?
