Budget Mid-range gaming PC

Hey guys, I will be building my very first PC myself in April next year, and I have been doing research on each component for almost 3 months and this is the planned build I came up with:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X / 5600 non-X variant
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti Gaming OC 8GB
Mobo: MSI B550 Gaming Plus
RAM: Adata XPG Spectrix D50 2X8GB 3200Mhz C16 kit
SSD: PNY CS3030 1TB NVMe M.2
PSU: NZXT C650
Casing: Be Quiet Pure Base 500DX
Cooler: Be Quiet Pure Rock 2

My target for this build is to aim for 1440p 144Hz for games like Overwatch, CoD Warzone, Apex Legends, some old school games etc. I’m not planning to play any CPU/GPU intensive games at the moment, so I’ll be playing multiplayer game mostly. As for the productivity task, I’m a Photographer and I’ll also be doing casual photo editing using Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop with this build.

What do you guys think about this build? Any better alternatives I can swap out for individual parts? Also I’ll be buying CPU, GPU and Mobo from either C-zone/Viewnet and the rest will be buying online from Shopee/Lazada. Lastly, I’m also not sure if I should wait for the 11th gen Intel Rocket Lake CPUs to launch here, and if they sell cheaper, I’d be thinking of going for that instead.
