Upgrade from Vista

I bought my laptop together with Vista 32bit EM home premium few months ago and i am entitled to upgrade my vista to windows 7.

However, i am curious about the upgrading process. I show the sticker on the back of my laptop to the seller and get the upgrade ?? But what if i want to install the windows 7 later or i want to save it for my other pcs....

So my main query is how is the upgrade process carried out..

By any chance anyone of you have been through the process?

[WTA] photoshop cs3 problem

hello there, i have been trying to install photoshop cs3 on my computer but the Setup EXE file wont run.
The exe file will firstly unpack then after when it's done, nothing happens.

there is nothing wrong with the installation file as i have tested it on another computer.
i have just reformatted my computer by the way.

any suggestions ?

Changing File Format

hello there, i am looking for a converter to convert .fla files to .exe files.
so far all the converters i have tried either failed to convert my file fully or need me to purchase it.
any free converter or the ones with trial period converter to convert fla to exe ??
Even trials are ok as i need to do it once. my fla file is 103 mb .....
any suggestions ? or recommendations ?

KTAR A-levels

i have just finished my spm this year and waiting for results.As not to waste time, i am planning on taking the first semester for my tertiary studies.Since i am still unaware of what courses that i am interested in, i followed my sibling's advice to take A levels.So far the cheapest A levels and the nearest 1 also is in KTAR.
So i need some briefing on the A levels in KTAR from current KTAR students who are taking A levels.

My questions are >>>

1)Can one apply for scholarship for A levels with the real SPM results?
2)How are the lecturers in KTAR who are teaching A levels?
3) Is 'Further Maths' compared to 'Maths A' similar to add maths compared to modern maths in spm ?
4)How are the standards of the tests or examinations set in A levels...and are those standardized in all A levels ?
