I have a parking spot to be rented out in Desa Setapak. Am I allowed to post here? Is there a certain rules I need to follow for posting such?

I'm renting out a private parking space in Desa Setapak (landed house). Not agent.

The house is just right beside Wangsa Maju LRT station so it saves you the headache to find a parking before taking the LRT to work daily.

Price is going to RM100 only monthly.
1 Month Advance rental: RM100.
Total first month : RM200 (RM100 refundable deposit)

Need suggestion for a new car

I'm looking to buy a 4-door sedan within budget around RM80k or less. I have a few criteria as follow (based on priority):

1. Must not be Proton
2. Must have manumatic transmission (Paddle shifter will be first priority, else tiptronic, etc...)
3. Preferably not CVT (convince me!)
4. Ease of maintenance
5. FC should be fairly reasonable but not a main concern
6. Other perks like keyless entry, push-start, reverse camera, sunroof will be an advantage but not a main concern

Car pickup is a main concern (hence the focus on transmission), followed by it's looks. Can anyone recommend some names?

I was browsing through carsifu.my for second hand cars when I stumbled upon a RM10k 2nd hand Kia Forte. I got curious as to why is the car being sold so cheaply, hence I left my contacts for the seller to get back to me. Few days later, I got her (obviously Serena is a female name, duh!) reply and from there my suspicions started to grow. Here's her email:

First of all, look at the bolded statements. It contradicts with each other. A check on her page revealed that she actually sells many other car models with the same price (http://www.carsifu.my/ilovemycars/cars). If you're financially burdened then how the heck do you own so many cars and sell it by yourself instead of selling it to 2nd hand car dealers, and why are all the cars of different models priced at RM10k?

A quick google search with her email address also revealed that her location is in Sri Lanka as of these websites:

Obviously this lady is a scammer, and hereby I urge all of you who are eyeing a second hand car online to be wary of this, who knows it could save you your life savings. Also, anyone of you who have dealt with her, would appreciate if you could share you side of the story.
