For those who stays in Cheras/ future buyers....

What do u guys think of the quoted as a place to stay?

How is the security in that area...opinion given is really appreciated...

And another thing is...bout the developer @ Akisama Sdn Bhd....any1 know anything?
I google..nothing much cum out..only noted tht tis company aso is the developer for Dynasty Garden
Kuchai Lama, Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur .

Really would like to hear about their workmanship...
