i was checking my billing from time to time after the installation on 30th March 2012, and look what I've found... unbilled amount of RM 248.35. Belum sampai due date lagi dah ade charges!

During the time of installation, i used up 20 meters instead of 15 meters of the internal fiber cable. So i have no problem paying i.e. RM 50.00, for the additional 5 meters. Now what the hell are the remaining charges they billed me amounted to RM 198.00?

Called up the customer service and they told me this is the "pre-billing" charges and not yet adjusted for the final billing. Asked them what are the charges and they unable explained to me.

What are your guys view about this? Anyone encounter same problem as mine?

Since Mac consider a high end product, im wondering whether do you guys bought any insurance to cover your Mac?
Im planning to get one since my working area here got a lot of foreigner and not so safe.

Im planning to upgrade my mac ram. Presently utilize standard 2G ram and im planning to install a 4G ram into one slot and another with 2G ram. Is this possible?

My personal is where Sakura meet Ryu... the location under the bridge is very funny where you can see the kids playing around so lively... remind me of childhood... and plus the soundtrack.. awesome experience!
