D'Rimba, at Kota damansara

Hello guys..i need some of your opinion. Since i'm getting married by end of this year, i've already narrowed down my choices which is both at kota damansara. One is at Palm Spring Condo, and the other one is at D'Rimba, which is situated near SPCC (Selangor Polo Club sumthing..cant remember)..Both are price at say around rm205-290k. i'll be working at kelana jaya area, and my fiance will be working around pavillion area. From my brief observation, D'Rimba offers a quiet and private environment, as it is situated just behind some forest. i went there at night, and the environment was very relaxing. As for Palm Spring, the area was in a way, like a typical Singaporean apartments. It was clean la, and my fiance kinda like it too.

Question is, do u really think both places are good for investment. Who knows i might stay there for 10-15 yrs, then move to another place. Reason why i'm leaning towards to Rimba is because, giant and tesco is already there, LRT maybe they're gonna built one,lot of exits for my fiance to go to work, and many more.

I would appreciate you feedbacks on this issue guys. Thanks in advance.

Working out lower chest.

Hi guys, i've been searching a lot,including in BB.com and all, can you guys give me some tips on what is the best way for us to make our lower chest look nicer?i mean chest shapes like Hugh jackman,the rock..i dun intend to go big,but i wanna be cut.And if you guys dun mind, tell me, how many sets & reps u go when working out the chest?How heavy do you go?To be frnak, i've been doing weight lifting for quite sumtime, and my lower chest annoys me alil bit.

so please,lets share our experience and knowledge ya?

Taiwan or OEM rims?

Guys, i need ur opinion. since i've decided to change my rims, i was thinking about taiwan rims feedback.are they good n reliable rims? ...i mean, put aside jap rims coz they r expensive.izzit ok to buy imitation taiwan rims like lenso, advanti etc and put it on our car?since most ppl say d malaysian road are bad,should we change or maintain with the stock rims?

really appreciate if you guys can lend me a hand ere.i've been googling and searching threads that could help me on such information. Thanks.

Hai guys, i've been searching all threads and yet to found one topic which could really help me. Just wondering la, since i'm looking for a second hand neo,do you really think it's worth it? i've test drive both auto & manual, and surprisingly to me, the manual was quite impressive. I'm getting married probably next year, and after a while, i really want this car la coz it's quite cantik la for me... ..your thoughts guys? Really appreciate it if you could give me some tips on the maintenance and everything dat i need to know..thanks in advance!!

I wuz wondering, will a gal from other race get hook up with a malay guy? Sumtimes i feel like want 2 tackle a chinese/indian gal la...but x berani la.. ...

Boys & gals, i gota problem. The thing is, whenever i go around say in a hotel or shopping complex, seems that i would get the attention from men instead of women, and to be honest, it's kinda disturbing. I'm not saying that i despise gays or what so ever, but the fact that women just don't gimme the attention like men do to me la..so,in a way, it dampens my confidence with women. I even tried to hit on this gal, and to tell you the truth, i juz dun get any good feed back ...is it sumthing wrong with me?ppl..pls help..hopefully from your feed back, i could get some answers..and btw, i'm not gay.i'm straight,and i love women and i adore their beauty..hehehe..
