Accidentally removing Windows 7 Home Premium!

Hi all cfu's here. Just want to know if i accidentally erase all the hdd inside HP Pavillion DV6-6XXX series that contain all pre-installed Windows 7 Home Premium plus additional drive that contain all HP tools without doing any recovery disc from the original system installation, can I still install another Win 7 directly from cd/dvd??

I got an offered from Getronics Solutions (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd, but before that I already got an offered from Custommedia Sdn Bhd. How to choose?? Headache right now. Really HEADACHE... I'm staying at Puncak Jalil. I already list some of the pros and cons:-

Getronics Solutions (http://www.getronics.com/global/en-gb/other_countries/ma.htm) - Desktop Engineer
1.) FAR away from my house (based at Menara MAXIS-nearly KLCC)
2.) Wide range of job scopes, can learn many things
2.) Very specific job scopes
3.) Need to travel certain branches (inside/outside KL).
4.) Bonus - not confirmed
5.) A lot of problems (support desktops & laptops, coordinates between the users and vendors n etc)
6.) Basic Salary not bad (not more than 2.5k)
7.) Got additional allowance (phone, mileage n so on)
8.) 5 working days / Shift work
9.) Employment: Term Hire (12 months) and renewable

Custommedia Sdn Bhd (http://www.custommedia.com.my/menu/main.html) - IT technical Group Support
1.) Near my house (office location at TPM, Bkt Jalil).
2.) Very specific job scopes, but as their said before, sometimes I must support n learn some knowledge from other team, eg:software
tester.
3.) Required to travel oversea. Not sure got tipu or not
4.) Bonus - not confirmed
5.) Nice Bosses (already meet the CEO)
6.) Basic Salary not bad very similar to Getronics
7.) 5 working days from 0830-0530.
8.) Employment: Term Hire (6 months) and renewable or I can choose to become a permanent staff.

BOTH also is a good company. I am not very sure which one to choose!!!
