I've purchase a low entry notebook running on Windows 10, Celeron N4000 with 4GB DDR4 ram and M2 ssd. The CPU usage always at 100% eventhought I'm not running anything. At first I suspect it was due to malware or virus, so I've restore back to original state. But the CPU usage still remains the same at 100%. Tried googled and close some startup, edit registry this and that and it's still the same. Any sifu out there encounter same thing before? Need some advise. Thought of clone current window to D due to original window, and do a clean install with Windows 8. Much appreciated for the helps and comments.
