Can anybody give advice on reducing my weight

Good day everyone

I started on this diet and workout after CNY.... My weight was 78kg :sweats:

I tried to controlled my calories intake making sure it wont exceed 1500 kcal perday.
With the help of fat burner supplement and others.
My daily routine workout is jogging 3 times per week for one hour.
3 hours works out at home... pushup, situp, and dumbell exercises.

I had lost 10 kg on the 1st month.

on the second month...

same routine, same diet but I only loss 2 kg on my 2nd bottle of fatburner.

Roughly my daily diet is

cereals/oats for breakfast

baked beans and 2 slice wholemeal bread for lunch

2 boiled eggs for dinners

and protein drinks b4 workout...

Now the question is that my weight didn't reduce much after 2nd month...

Although i had increase my workout routine. Eg from jogging... I did split running in between the round...
But i still have layers of fats on my tummy and thigh...

Cannot change the subnet mask

Problem details
Any one know to set subnet mask??

I'm using belkin wireless router... but cannot set the subnet mask.
example the subnet mask i wanna use is 255.255.255.192
it will auto change it to 255.0.0.0 on the Setting as Access point.

if I change them on the LAN setting... it only enable 255.255.255.0
also cannot change it to 255.255.255.192..... dayum....

Any idea?? Any advise are greatly appreciated... Thanks

I was wondering did anyone know how to disinfect pc that affected with this virus.

It is considered as a thumb/flash drive virus.

Symptoms

* It will change all your files/folders in your thumb drive into superhidden files thus creating a similar files/folders duplicates shortcut (Shortcut virus??)

After a while you will not able to access your files thus tempting you to try to open it on other pc. Then will affected another pc.

Once the pc is infected, it will disabled your antivirus protection, task manager, cmd prompt, register editor. Even the option in safe mode have been disabled.

I tried to googled around and found that the virus might originated from Indonesia. And some already provide a quick solution by providing a remover.
Such as Shortcut Virus remover, Smadav, Flash disfector etc.

However when I tried to disinfect the infected pc, it will quickly disabled these removers. I have an infected thumb drive which I scanned with my laptop.
And I can't detect them with my antivirus system, nor the remover that I have. They only could delete the shortcut icons, and restore the files into their normal condition (unhidden). I only could delete the application trigger manually.

The infected pc doesn't have internet connection at the moment. Therefore is there any way around to solve it.

Fail to install Windows XP

I'm having difficulties in installing Windows XP on this Asus F80 Lappie...
The Express Gateway also can't run...

Whenever it enter windows after being boot up it will pop up BSOD.
I tried on normal XP SP2 and XP SP2 slipstream with sata driver same case happened.

Any suggestion

Network issues

Have you called your ISP's helpline?: not ISP problem, more to internal network issues

Modem: Streamyx Billion SDSL modem
Router: Few Routers DLINK, TPLINK, Etc
Firewall used: Yes

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Last Week
Problem frequency: 1st time
Problem description: All of sudden the network down. When the network is up again, certain department loose their connection. Below is my roughly sketched network layout.

Now the issue is when ever I established the connection to the computer LABs... the whole Network will go down.
but if I unplug the 1st WAP n 2nd WAP connection and connected the computer labs... The whole computer labs can have access the Internet... but the 3rd WAP still having issues.

Is the IP address issues?? Before this it got no problem.... if the IP address not enough, ppl will have to wait for the next available ip....(applied on WAP (Student's clients)). It only started last week.

Help Virus I think.

Help... my colleague lappie got weird problem whereas the explorer.exe won't start normally.
Have to run it manually from the task manager.

Need help to solve it

How to back up data from harddisk

Hi there,

I'm wondering how to back up data from the harddisk,
Eg. I want to reformat the harddisk... but need to create backup, so I plug it into other cpu... manage to save all secondary partition.
However I can't access certain data in other folders in the primary disk. Eg... on former user account such on desktop, my documents, etc. Using Xp os.

Please help

Cannot reformat Lappie

This is weird... According to my colleague, he tried to format his laptop runnning XP SP2...
When he run the OS CD(s), the setup cannot detect any harddisk.
But when he boot up normally... can enter his previous OS system. His Harddisk also detactable in bios setting.
Checked for error also got no bad sector, no dying sound. The Hardisk using IDE type not SATA.
Any suggestion to solve this?

Error when Installing XP

I have problem when installing windows xp. on certain point when installing... it will show error on copying certain files.
I run a check in the internet... some said it was RAM issues.... but I tried with new ram but the same problem occurred. I change with a new hardisk also the same problem. I even tried to change the optical drive and motherboard seems no avail. what might be the problem?? I got few different CDs and none of them are scratched.

How to recover data form cache for temp file
