Remaster CentOS LiveCD to add an offline homepage

I'm trying to create a custom CentOS 5.2 LiveCD with only some minor changes

I basically need to add:
1. Contents of an offline webpage into the CD
2. A desktop icon on the LiveCD environment's "centos" account.
3. A session launcher that starts Firefox & displays my offline homepage at every login of the "centos" account.

So far, I've managed to loop mount the iso & extracted the LiveCD contents. I could do 1. but failed to do 2. & 3. because the centos account is not contained in the image It is somehow created on the fly when booting the LiveCD.

I welcome any help & suggestions.
