Hi,

Suddenly i cannot access my hotlink account.
I tried to topup but it is cancelled & rejected by merchant.

Been charged for Data Roaming & Purchases

I just noticed I have been charged for Data Roaming, Caller Ring tone-Purchase and WAPPremium-Purchase .
But I NEVER use my hotlink numbers, since I am staying in Singapore and those SIM cards are in my backup phone.

I never bring out and usually the phone is even not power on (if battery drain to 0%).
Today I charged the phone and check my balances, just notice both of my hotlink numbers been charged.

Main Line:
...I believe there are more charged at earlier date, but e-statement can only shows past 60 days....

My hotlink credit all gone?!

one of my hotlink 012 spare/backup number, if i am not mistaken, it was RM100+ credit inside, and its expired date is october 2009.
Today when i check its credit, it show RM0.00!!

And i login into myhotlink and get my past 30days e-statment, this is what i got!!

The weird thing is, the above 2 HP numbers is my another 2 HP numbers.
My mobile auto send sms?? If yes, how come my other 2 HP never receive SMS?
And 1 of the number is my primary hp number which i bring and use it everyday.
