Language changed for shorcut key laptop, need help

I just wanna ask whether anyone know how to change the language from chinese to english.. not in the computer system... but its like, when i press my shortcut key at my laptop (acer aspire 4930) or increase or decrease the volume, the language was ENGLISH before... but it change to chinese suddenly this morning... and i had tried on the regional language options.. but still no use... and the synatic touchpad also changed to chinese already... what happen anywaY??? anyone can help???
