            <title>Can you pay mortgage daily like this ?</title>

            <description>Greetings to all finance gurus and experts at lyn...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been playing around with the excel loan amortization mortgage calculator...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;normally when we pay back housing loan, we pay every month before the due date, however when we increase the number of payments per year, the total interest is reduced drastically. This is under the assumption that the balance is recalculated on a daily basis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have attached a screen shot of my calculations...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, my question is, is this type of mortgage repayment allowed, available and offered by any banks in Malaysia ?
