Hi guys, need some advice. I'm renting a shop for small business, and I'll be renting half of the shop to another guy for his stock keeping.

my question is, what type of agreement needed between me and the other tenant?

Can I use the normal rental agreement where I, principal tenant will act as landlord and the other tenant = tenant? Is this agreement valid since I'm not the landlord?

Hi guys, need some assistance here.

my pc was shut down suddenly yesterday, should be due to overheated. I tried to restart after cooling down but failed. Then I thought it's the PSU problem, then I got a new PSU and retry. But still cannot.

Refer to the example board above, when I plugged in the 2x12 power cable and power on, the fans are all running, HDD light was red all the way and bios is not loaded. It seems like only all the fans are running. I plugged in the 2x power cable as well and power on, all the fans just moved a bit then off.. ntg happen... Can't boot at all. after that I keep on trying pressing the power button but no response. If i remove the 2x2 power cable, the fans will run but bios can't load also..

Any ideas? processor kong? mb kong?

Hi,

Some problem with my pc. My pc will restart itself after 10-20 mins of booting up. then it will go into this screen after loading bios.

I tried restarting the pc after got into this screen but still the same. Switch off the power switch, waited for few mins and reboot, can log back in windows, but after 10 mins same problem occurred again.

The error msg above is ---- PAGE FAULT ----... but sometimes it will show as ----- EXCEPTION ---- then lots of hex codes below..

just want to know, is that error msg showed on the screen indicates something wrong on my harddisk?

I plugged out my sandisk memory stick pro duo 512MB from my card reader without clicking the remove hardware thingy... then the card went nuts.. can't read from my phone anymore. Somehow windows still can detect the card, but retrieving data from it seems to be very slow. I tried formatting it using the windows utilities, but failed.. tried format it with PSP, failed as well.. Any ways to format or fix this thing??

Trying my luck here... never know that the card will go kong after plugging out without press the stop device thing.. sigh.

font not showing smoothly

hi all.. something just happened to my linux.. well.. when booting there show some error saying the system is shut down uncleanly.. so it goes to some error checking and start fixing the problems.. but then it just stop saying fixing failed.. hav to fix the errors manually.. i tried and then i reboot again.. can log in til the login screen.. but then after logged in everything just messed up... all sorts of error windows pop out.. with no words at all... can't c anything at the menu also.. i think the system got messed up d..

so anyone can tell me y this happen and any ways to repair it?
