i have problem with my motherboard MSi H61M P31(G3)
before this my LAN port was died.. so i RMA it..
and after 3 weeks, today i collect it back after repaired.

so the LAN port was working but i cant access to internet.

the error is the limited connectivity (WinXP) / Unidentified Network (Win7).. i tested with other board was OK. can get the internet..

so i google myself about 3 hours, and get the solution..

the solution is to set Network Address manual. everytime if OS reformated.

before this no need to set just install the driver..

Graphic Card Fan not running

hey guys. i have leadtek GTS450. the problem is fan not running cause overheating maybe, my pc auto restart while playing games.
i open up casing and run stress test the GPU, i monitor the temperature reach 100 and restart. i checked with HWMonitor the fan is detected running at 15% and going up when temperature high. however the fan on gpu not spinning.

what should i do. age of this card is 5month. does still under warranty? how long it takes if i RMA?

whats the problem here ? already make report to TM, 1st report, Technician reset my port still got this problem.
2nd time report, Technician call only JUST told me tm upgrading INFRASTRUCTURE so need to wait 2-3days but im having this prob since september . wtf

can help me build for my budget amd rig
my budget 1.5k-1.7k if can below 1.5k also nice.
i just need CPU only and already got monitor ACER x193hq 18.5 inci , mouse , keyboard , also speaker.

this pc using for Gaming, ms office, burning cd/dvd, movie, surfing etc

Ok below is what i prefer :
- phenom II (possible?)
- ati card
- hdd 320gb/500gb
- ram 2gb/4gb (if 4gb i need to change os 64bit?)
- mobo
- casing (suggest me)
- psu (suggest me)
- dvDRw
- jimat karen/electric current (lol, becoz almost 6-8 hours per day pc will online)
game that i always play more to FPS game like cs 1.6 ,left4dead,cod and other is dota , fifa, etc
i want play latest game also.

Question :
1. What Ghz do ?
2. best shop and cheapest shop in lowyat i can go ?

or u all can suggest/recomend me better rig under my budget.
