Inherited TNB issues from sub-sales?

Recently I just purchase property, and during processing the SNP, I was informed that the current property did't received any TNB bills for 5 years but the meter is active with power supply.

TLDR : Current seller bought the house from previous owner with inherited the TNB issues. It happen because previous owner is having hefty outstanding TNB bills and TNB disconnect the account without remove the meter.

Anyone here experienced similiar issues? And the lawyer told me, the money won't get release if this issues did't get resolved.

Want to get some opinion.. recently i have purchase few items from the furniture shop.

Everything goes well....until the men came and delivery the thing.

After that my mum watch and ring went missing...so we highly suspect is the delivery men took it.

Since men will pass by my parent room...since I think they need readjust the wardrobe position before able to put into my room.

Any opinion, what action should i take? already discuss with company...

1) the company purpose ask the delivery come to my house again? (so we can ask them face to face )
2) the company said will take action, but until now i don't know what is the action.

I know is my mistake, I should close all the freaking door 1st...

Streamyx Connection not stable [USJ 3]

Hi guys,

anyone of you experience this before? the streamyx connection is not stable, will down anytime after i get connected, after that i need to wait 2mins to 1 hour for it to get connected again? When it down, the DSL led will blink until it not blink anymore, then i only get back the connection. And it been happen 2 months liau, help...

Recently i been experienced alot of time, approach by unknown person to join e-com program, call me 2-3 times a week to ask join the talk or what...just wondering is there anyone have join the talk? I assume that, if i join the talk, and in the end of the talk them will ask me pay certain of amount then them will help me setup e-com business for me whatever, correct me if i wrong. If you working around klcc area, i guess u also have been approached by them too.

I having a problem, i have uploaded ini files to my server and the user seem unable to download it, anyone having idea what happen? i think is maybe because it is system files so just wonder is anyone encounter this problem too? i need someone guide me what should i do i having one router modem from tmnet (ZXDSL 831) and one wireless router (DI-524) .. now i cannot share my connection..before i trying to disable the routering at the modem however it seem did't work well...any guru out there can teach me what should i do? thanks
