digi poor signal strenght

hi..am at alor setar..am using digi 68 for 3 month now.ist 2 month the speed is good with the signal strenght is 93% average...
BUT BUT BUT now is the 3rd month...n i get 0% - 24% signal strenght!why could this happen?my quota is still 2% usage.
i think digi is giving full power of signal strenght for new user..but then they relocate it to another new user..am i rite?

help me..is this spec ok?
