            <description>***NEW POSITION*** Updated SEPT 2020&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are looking for &lt;b&gt;NON-Muslim&lt;/b&gt; only candidate for this position to balance up the team :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Principal Responsibilities&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Operations&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Act as primary contact for monitoring and system availability&lt;br /&gt;Track all queries and open items originating to, or from, customer&lt;br /&gt;Incident Management including verification of alarms and alerts&lt;br /&gt;Collecting operational measures and identifying trends that indicate system performance and health&lt;br /&gt;Providing regular updates to clients on the status of any open issues and managing Client expectations in line with SLAs&lt;br /&gt;Escalation of Problems within company as appropriate&lt;br /&gt;Escalation of critical issues within the client organizations as appropriate&lt;br /&gt;Communication and follow-up on Operational Issues within CPSES&lt;br /&gt;Outage management and adherence to response and relief SLAs&lt;br /&gt;Familiarization with all Operational Processes and Procedures and adherence to same&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;General&lt;br /&gt;Attendance at Operations Monthly / Weekly Meetings&lt;br /&gt;Operational handovers between shifts&lt;br /&gt;Prepare articles for the internal Knowledge Base&lt;br /&gt;Prepare FAQ’s on common Operational issues&lt;br /&gt;Mentoring of junior team members and lead by example&lt;br /&gt;Develop subject matter expertise on client solutions and environments as necessary to facilitate Single Point of Contact agreements&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills (English)&lt;br /&gt;Excellent Organizational Skills&lt;br /&gt;Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team&lt;br /&gt;Ability to Multitask / Attention to Detail&lt;br /&gt;Self-disciplined / Self starter&lt;br /&gt;Self-driven and committed&lt;br /&gt;Relationship Builder&lt;br /&gt;Leadership Skills&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Knowledge&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Familiarity with monitoring tools such as OpenNMS, HP OpenView, Sitescope, Netcool etc.&lt;br /&gt;Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA, Remedy, OTRS etc.&lt;br /&gt;Basic knowledge on Unix or command line executions&lt;br /&gt;Basic knowledge on Oracle / SQL Query&lt;br /&gt;ITIL v3 Foundation&lt;br /&gt;Telecommunications network and technology understanding&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Experience&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Customer Operations Experience&lt;br /&gt;Exposure in working in shift environment&lt;br /&gt;Experience in handling of conference calls with customer&lt;br /&gt;Experience working in Telco NOC or SMC&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Interested Please email your resume to mirul7352@gmail.com</description>
