[WTA] Advice on a Compact Gaming Rig

Hey guys, i'm thinking of building a compact-ish gaming rig housed in a BitFenix Prodigy for the sake of mobility and space-saving. Here are the specs i have in mind:

-an i5 proc
-Leadtek GTX 670 (999 from Cex)
-Crucial m4 128gb (385 from Cex)
-8gb Ram

My problem is selecting a suitable motherboard and PSU to fit in the Prodigy. With a total budget of around 3k (can be flexible if required) including the components above, what would you guys suggest? Btw, a monitor isnt required, so the budget is just for the PC.
