Vehicle Ownership Transfer with FIS

Dear Sifus and Master here,

appreciate if you all can advise if you are facing this issue also.

i bought a car with a Dealer in End Nov 2020, when i want to transfer my own bought number, it needs to go through puspakum again.

just found that the Car has FIS issue to settle with the bank so transfer ownership all need to wait for approval from bank / JPJ.

I have been waiting for this transaction for about 1.5month, the dealer told me it is very complicated, if I don't change the number, just do the thumbprint only and the vehicle can straightaway under my name.

my questions

1. If this car facing FIS issue, i took over the ownership, will it be transferred to me later on including the previous owner's outstanding amount with the bank?
2. how long usually you all take to solve the FIS issue then the car can undergo puspakum to transfer ownership?

i am not sure if I get cheated by Dealer as i had already pay deposit for this.

[WTB] Logitech TV Cam HD

I bought a LG LED TV and unfortunately it come without skype function

search online and found that Logitech TV Cam HD have the dedicated skype programme which can connect with the LED tv

any carry this product as ex-stock?

any others similar product in market?

hello all, i was getting the chance to get the position as project engineer in the local contractor that is doing pipe jacking and horizontal directional drilling works. i got some question to ask and hope all senior here can help me. your reply is much appreciate.

1) is that horizontal directional drilling is different with directional drilling in oil rig?
2) any chance for me to join oil and gas company after couple year as drilling engineer if i join this company that doing horizontal directional drilling?

*i am fresh graduate in civil engineering.
