1) How do I place an order?

Step 1:
Leave a comment here or PM us to check for availability of the intended product. Price displayed is nett and excluding of postage.

Step 2:
Send a PM with the format below to our Lowyat Forum/Facebook inbox /email us at simscloset@gmail.com

Step 3:
A PM from ce072300 (in lowyat forum) or Sims Closet (in FB only) or email from simscloset@gmail.com will be replied ASAP regarding the total payment and banking info. To avoid internet fraud, you will only receive PM from these two IDs ONLY.

Step 4:
Please make your payment within 24 hours to secure your order. Reservation will be deemed invalid if we do not hear from you after that. Kindly furnish us with bank transaction no. through PM or email us a scanned copy or printscreen of transaction slip at simscloset@gmail.com after you have made your payment.

Step 5:
Once we verify your payment, we will send out your parcel through PosLaju on the next working day.

2) Shipping details?
All of our products will be sent out by PosLaju National Courier Services. Shipping rate is as below:

Less than RM60: West Malaysia- RM 9; Sabah - RM8; Sarawak - RM 6
RM60 & above: FREE POSTAGE ♥

*Kuching customers can enjoy free meet-up for product collection. Venue and time of meet-up will be decided by us later.

P/S: Under normal circumstances, you will receive your product within 2 working days depending on your area. Please give allowance for 3 working days for the item to reach you. A tracking number will be given after we send out the item and you can track your order at here: http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju.asp. In case you have not receive your item after 3 working days, please let me know or you can directly contact the courier service.

3) Return policy?
Generally, products sold are strictly NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please read the description & size measurement carefully before placing an order. However, if we accidentally send the wrong product to you, please inform us immediately and return the product to us within 2 days to exchange with us and all shipping cost will be borne by us. We do not accept excuses like non-matching size (1-3cm difference), color or cloth material not within your expectation and damages or lost occurred during handling / shipping process.

4) Will I get what I see from the images here?
All images shown here are 100% snapped from our ready stock. Different angles of the products have been captured to ensure our customers be able to scrutinize the quality and color of the products before placing an order. Be noted that the color may vary slightly from the actual product due to different monitor display setting.
