Is it good to pursue medical studies at china?

Hi,
im spm holder for year 2009
im planning to pursue my studies in medical course.
i choose China instead of Russia,Indonesia, and India as i love China more! ^^
i found Anhui Medical University which is seems to suit my budget since the fees is low.
but the only problem,is this university recognised by malaysia medical council?
so far,i have googled informations i would like to know but still i am noob haha
so please help me.thanks

p/s : if u have any other recomanded china university,please let me know

hi,well im taking SPM this year (2009) and im kinda confuse what should i do after my SPM.one of my friends invite me to join her at TAYLOR college for A LEVEL.i want to futher my studies in business or medical .but the things is,does A LEVEL will help me in case to futher my studies at overseas?

or they are any other choices for me to futher my studies at overseas?
i knew good result is the very first requirement to studies at overseas but i want to increase my potential of getting choose to futher my studies at overseas.can u guys help me?thanks
