Question: what is a part time data entry?

My boss has hired few part time data entry recently. The tasks are just key in the products information and photos into a web based system only. The tasks are prepared by my boss and I was responsible to supervise them how to use the system, whether they have entered correct data.

Now the problem is coming. After the part timers has completed their works and I have done checking their works, my boss now says: "yerr, so ugly oh this product, I don't want to sell it liao", "wah, why some of the uploaded pictures look so old, how to sell out to customers lah?" "These products are not suit our concept, where can sell out... "

Ends up, my boss refuse to pay for those 'useless' products.

I wish to fight for the part timers but after i say it out = i no need to survive in the company anymore.
