How to have longer deep sleep :'(

So i trace my sleep quality, and it turns out:

Whole night i only have 23 min of deep sleep

Somehow i know i always have dream before i woke up
and morning i headache a lot

how to have longer deep sleep, better sleep quality, any sifu?
is it because i never sport, never piappiap? or is it because my work too stress, should i resign?

Dissapointed with appraisal result

I started working end of july last year

work as a Business Analyst in a IT solution firm
first three months under probation 2700

then after probation ended at NOV 2018, i asked for 3300, but my boss negotiated with it and pull it down till 3100.
that time he was telling me that next year March/April company will do appraisal, and if your performance is good and we'll see how it goes.

In this 1 year well i could say i contributed quite a lot as it is a small company therefore a lot of times i need to be multi-task or multi-role as project manager,
IT architect etc.

So just now General Manager talked to me regarding the appraisal and said oh because you joined last year July
so for less than one year we don't offer any pay rise.

I told her on the aforementioned boss's 'promise' but she sticks to her insist on the 'policy' and so.
Again, she said you might given such opportunity and expected raise for end of this year appraisal.

I felt that i was being fooled.

Am i an underpaid loser

Graduated last year and worked almost a year

Slowly see the changes of my same batch fren and I

Changes then i found out:

• Every weekday home tired af dont feel like doing anything, then sleep, tomorrow repeat

• Only wish for Friday to cum

• Worse part is most of the time, week-end dont feel like going out also

• Tummy start to grow, last time uni six-pack fren now tummy bigger than me

• Friendship starts fading away, only those insuran, mlm fren cum find u

• Slowly forgetting passion, thou u once passionate in music, writing, or any other hobbies

• Etc Etc

Sometimes I feel like imma lifeless af

I work as a IT business analyst/consultation in KL, living with fam and living poorfag life, one month can save around 1k+

no car commitment, no hnngggh commitment only depend on my hand, no house...

my fren work as registered foreign lawyer in hk

deduct rental etc, one month can save 6-7k myr

then i ask my sg fren, also same

So some might say it is because he is lawyer, i am shit IT business analyst, but i have fren work same field in SG, also same can save 6k my at least

I am starting a new e-commerce business

it is a e-commerce that feature warehouse sale,
to collaborate with different retail merchant, aim to solve the warehouse over stacking problem (is this the right term tho) and increase the stock flow of different merchants

but it seem pretty tough as 2 months has gone yet it is not much sale.

aiya sifu can give some idea how to optimize the sale?

so my dream is to buy house.

then i whined this out during beer session last night to my boss: deposit nowadays at least 50k, so said i save 1k per month (which nowadays a lot freshie cant even save 500 after rental/entertainment expenses blabla), one year i have 12k, i need to save at least 4-5 years.

then my boss said that's is only for ideal case, i am too naive if didnt take account of factors such as inflation etc.

So my boss said i con9lan7firm cannot buy house, unless go do business, or do sale.

is it true?

i meet a lot cutie before, but end out we became stranger as both might have different personality and principle. eg: she like to fucuk around, like to go pub shake head, like to social, like to jilat richfaq etc

i also meet a lot good personality pipu before, but sadly they aint not so attractive from apperance side? but they are willing to stick only with u, treat u like their prince.

B) just now they yelling to go for buffet, then i was like WTF, then my boss said: nvm, if go for buffet, depend how much u wanna pay, then the rest i pay for you.

then i feel awkward because if buffet 50/person, mean total = 800, if i belanja 300, mean my boss need to pay 500? is it consider muka tebal?

I visit the SS15 branch quite frequently.

Drinks OK, bakery OK, ambient and environment gooding, the music they play very gooding. Customer also gooding wont borak like pasar malam (which happen a lot in other so-called hips cafe), except Friday and weekend night maybe.

BTW Please don't come and rampas seat with me kek.

Quarrel with dad

Quarreled with dad this morning, he said my attitude not good when talking to him, maybe it is true, i oways think we have communication problem, as i dont live with him since i was small. i lived with my granny until i graduated from secondary.

When he said i dont respect him, i do still treat and respect him as my dad, but i am infact having grudge with him.

Why?

Example 1:
When i came back from oversea travelling, he assume i would take the public transport with all my luggage from airport to kl sentral, from kl serntral to home. Whereas, my bro just came back from Penang, he would purposely go to the bus station to fetch him everytime?

Why so unfair?

Example 2:
Once i was hell sick then my mum asked me to fetch her to relative house, then i was not giving much respond and sour face when they talking to me, then my dad shouted at me and freaked me out: U TAK SUKA U TAKE BUS BALIK SENDIRI.

i was darn dissapointed with him, when i was hell sick, he never ask me am i okay, do i need to see doctor ? instead, he just ask me U TAK SUKA U MAMPUS.

Example 3:
There was i called him to pick me up in a nearby pondok and it was raining very heavily, then he listened the wrong place and went the wrong place, when i finally got up his car, i was all wet and was ranting a bit: why u never listen properly?

then he suddenly shout at me: YOU NEVER SAY THE CORRECT PLACE, U ARE THE FAULT !!! in a very loud volume and rude way.

again i was darn dissapointed, when i was all wet, he never ask am i okay, instead just shouting at me .

Since then, i not really like to talk to him, i felt like talking to a machismo guy who think that ==> LOUD VOICE = WIN and never want to admit his own mistake.

Finish my ranting, for any parent here, please take care of your child feeling. Instead just thinking i am parent i am oways correct.

Well, got to the age of 23, then bye to youth and juvenile. Even u are not a person who like to compare, yet there are many who are around you like to do so: ur relative ur fren ur colleague.

I used to have 5 figures (only 1xxxx+thou) in my saving but now left few k, because once i used to be extremely saving introvert , by then started to be hipster went nice places, ate nice foods, wear nice things. Not showing off thou, since i dont feel having few k in account is something worth to brag. Somemore lately i felt the stress when u in hutang with PTPTN, and ur urge in owning a house etc.

Sometimes do feel lost because got to the age of 23 have to think of ur future, kinda lost everytime when people ask u: what u want for your future? i would just give them a "I DUNNO" face

I work in this company's IT department. So this company A so called "IT department" is actually just another out sourced IT project company B which is not even based on here, they are just like 'pinjam' this company's one room and do the email system, website, for this company A.

if i ACCIDENTALLY surf some Hnggghhh website, I know a normal IT department is able to track easily, but in this scenario, do u think they are monitoring and tracking the Wi-Fi usage?
